- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
- Ice
- Pineapple wedge & shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Chill the Glass: Optional – rim your glass with lime juice and dip in shredded coconut or sugar for a tropical twist. Set aside.
- Shake it Up: In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, and triple sec with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Serve: Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Garnish: Add a pineapple wedge or sprinkle with toasted coconut if desired. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice until smooth. You can also add a splash of soda water for a fizzy twist.
