Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • Ice
  • Optional: lime wedge & toasted coconut or coarse salt for rimming

Instructions

  1. Rim the Glass (Optional): Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip in toasted coconut or salt. Set aside.
  2. Shake: Add tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, lime juice, cream of coconut, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well until chilled.

Notes
