- 2 oz silver tequila
- 1 oz triple sec
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- Ice
- Optional: lime wedge & toasted coconut or coarse salt for rimming
Instructions
- Rim the Glass (Optional): Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip in toasted coconut or salt. Set aside.
- Shake: Add tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, lime juice, cream of coconut, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well until chilled.
- Serve: Strain into a margarita or rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or pineapple slice if desired.
Notes
Use coconut milk or pineapple coconut juice for a lighter version. You can also blend with ice for a frozen Hawaiian margarita. Adjust sweetness with agave syrup if needed.
