Instructions

- Pipe ghosts: Use a large round piping tip to pipe tall swirls of frosting onto each cupcake to resemble ghost shapes.
- Add eyes: Gently press in mini chocolate chips or candy eyes to bring your ghosts to life. Add a mouth with black gel icing if desired.
