  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup vodka (or adjust to taste)

  • Blueberries or chocolate chips (for the ‘pupils’)
  • Whipped cream or frosting (optional, for effect)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and vodka; mix well.
  3. Pour into small cups or molds about 2/3 full.
  4. Place one cherry in the center of each cup as the eyeball base.
  5. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours until set.
