These Halloween Eyeball Brownies are spooky, fudgy, and delicious! Topped with candy eyeballs and a drizzle of red icing, they’re the perfect creepy treat for Halloween parties and trick-or-treat nights.

- 1 box brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup candy eyeballs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate melts
- Red gel icing (for “bloodshot” effect)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions or your favorite recipe.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares or circles.
- Top each brownie with a small dollop of melted white chocolate and place a candy eyeball on top.
- Use red gel icing to draw squiggly lines from the eyeball to create a bloodshot effect.
Notes
You can use round cookie cutters to make perfectly shaped eyeball brownies. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
