Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter and mix with sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then decorate with Halloween-themed toppings.
- Cut into squares and serve.
