Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Turkey: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks.

Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese before serving. Serve with rice, quinoa, or crusty bread for a complete meal.
