Description
Grilled Peach Burrata Salad is a fresh and elegant summer dish featuring juicy, caramelized peaches, creamy burrata cheese, peppery arugula, and a sweet-tangy balsamic glaze. It’s perfect as a light lunch, side, or show-stopping appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 oz fresh burrata cheese (1 large or 2 small)
- 3 cups arugula or mixed greens
- ¼ cup toasted pine nuts or chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep and Grill Peaches: Brush peach halves with olive oil. Grill over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and peaches are slightly softened.
- Assemble Salad: Arrange arugula or greens on a serving platter. Place grilled peaches on top, then tear burrata and scatter over the salad.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with toasted nuts. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Season and Serve: Finish with a pinch of salt and cracked pepper. Serve immediately while peaches are warm and burrata is creamy.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate peaches in a little honey and lemon juice before grilling. Swap arugula for baby spinach or spring mix. Add prosciutto for a savory twist.
