Instructions

  1. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil or butter.
  2. Place persimmon slices on the hot surface and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred and caramelized.
  3. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with fresh mint, as a snack, side, or topping for yogurt, ice cream, or salads.

Notes
