- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil or butter.
- Place persimmon slices on the hot surface and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred and caramelized.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh mint, as a snack, side, or topping for yogurt, ice cream, or salads.
Notes
For extra flavor, splash a little balsamic reduction over the persimmons before serving. They pair wonderfully with savory cheese boards too.
