- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil or arugula
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
- Top with mozzarella, goat cheese or feta, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil or arugula.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
Customize your flatbreads with prosciutto, caramelized onions, pesto, roasted vegetables, or a drizzle of hot honey. For extra crispiness, bake the flatbread directly on the oven rack for the final 2 minutes.
