Ingredients

- 2 inches fresh turmeric root, peeled (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
- 2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup water or coconut water (to blend)
Instructions
- Blend: Add turmeric, ginger, orange juice, lemon juice, water, honey, and black pepper to a blender. Blend until very smooth.
- Strain: Pour through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jar or shot bottles.
- Chill & Store: Refrigerate up to 5 days. Shake well before serving.
- Serve: Take 1–2 oz per shot daily, preferably in the morning.
Notes
Black pepper enhances turmeric absorption (thanks to piperine). Add a pinch of cayenne for extra heat and detox power. Wear gloves when handling fresh turmeric to avoid staining.
