- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened slightly.
- Stir in the cooked tortellini, coating it in the sauce.
- Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to combine.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm!
