  • 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in beef broth and cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add tortellini and cook 5–7 minutes until tender.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
  7. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Ribeye or flank steak also work well.
