- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Season steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in beef broth and cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add tortellini and cook 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Return steak to skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Ribeye or flank steak also work well.
