- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 Β½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
- Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- β cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Β½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Lay chicken over the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture evenly over chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3β4 hours.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
