- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8β10 biscuits)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and some shredded cheddar in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal completely, forming a ball.
- Place the stuffed dough balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush over each dough ball.
- Bake for 15β18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
