  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add steak cubes and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Add butter and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Return potatoes to skillet and toss everything together until coated in garlic butter.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Ribeye or strip steak works great too.
