- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add steak cubes and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Add butter and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return potatoes to skillet and toss everything together until coated in garlic butter.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Ribeye or strip steak works great too.
