- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear 3β4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Spoon the melted garlic butter over the pork chops as they finish cooking.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145Β°F (63Β°C).
- Remove from heat, rest for 3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
