These Fudgy Brownie Candy Apple Pops are a delicious twist on traditional candy apples! Juicy apple slices are coated in rich brownie batter, dipped in chocolate, and topped with festive sprinkles or candy for a fun party treat.

- 2 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
- 8–10 lollipop or popsicle sticks
- 1 cup melting chocolate (dark or milk)
- 1/2 cup sprinkles, crushed nuts, or candy bits
Instructions
- Wash and dry apples, then cut into thick slices (about 1/2 inch).
- Insert a stick into each apple slice and pat slices dry with a paper towel.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions.
- Dip apple slices into brownie batter, coating well, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until the brownie coating is set.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each brownie-coated apple pop.
- Decorate with sprinkles, candy, or nuts before the chocolate sets.
- Chill until firm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra fudgy pops, underbake the brownie coating slightly. You can also drizzle with white chocolate for a festive look.
