Description

These Frozen S’mores are a cool, creamy twist on the campfire classic. Layers of chocolate pudding and marshmallow cream between graham crackers make this a no-bake summer treat the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, divided
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 full graham cracker sheets (broken into squares)

Instructions

  1. Make the pudding: In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the marshmallow layer: In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow creme and beat until fluffy. Fold in remaining whipped topping.
  3. Layer and freeze: In a parchment-lined square dish, layer half of the graham crackers, marshmallow mixture, chocolate pudding, and top with remaining graham crackers.
  4. Freeze: Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  5. Serve: Cut into squares and serve immediately for a refreshing, nostalgic dessert.

Notes

Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before slicing for easier cutting. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
