- 1 small onion, diced

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed French onion soup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional garnish: fresh parsley

- Combine: In a large bowl, mix cooked beef, uncooked rice, beef broth, French onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Assemble: Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake 40–45 minutes until rice is tender.
- Add cheese: Remove foil, sprinkle cheeses on top, and bake uncovered 10–15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
