Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box (3 oz) blue raspberry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup coconut rum (or vodka)
- Gummy fish (like Swedish Fish or Sour Fish)
- Crushed graham crackers (optional, for “sand” topping)
- Plastic shot cups or mini clear cups
Instructions
- Make the Jello Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the blue Jello powder with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add Alcohol: Stir in ½ cup cold water and ½ cup coconut rum (or vodka). Mix well.
- Pour mixture evenly into plastic shot cups. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Decorate: Once firm, press 1–2 gummy fish into each shot. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers around the edge for a beachy “sand” effect if desired.
- Serve: Keep chilled until ready to serve. Enjoy responsibly!
Notes
For a stronger version, use ¾ cup alcohol and ¼ cup water. You can also add a small gummy ring or straw candy for extra tropical flair. Serve on a tray of ice for warm-weather events.
