Ingredients
All-purpose flour (4 cups)
Sugar (1/2 cup)
Salt (1 tsp)
Active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
Warm water (1 1/4 cups)
Vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
Bread crumbs (for coating)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and vegetable oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Shape the dough into small balls, roll them in bread crumbs, and place on a baking sheet.
Let the dough balls rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
