  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, honey, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and optional mix-ins. Stir until combined.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
