- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, honey, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and optional mix-ins. Stir until combined.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
