Description

This Easy White Sangria is a light and refreshing cocktail perfect for summer gatherings. Made with crisp white wine, fresh citrus, and seasonal fruits, it’s fruity, easy to prepare, and ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 1/3 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries or tropical fruit (optional)
  • 12 cups sparkling water or club soda (optional, for fizz)
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, brandy, and orange liqueur (if using). Stir until mixed.
  2. Add orange, lemon, lime slices, and optional fruit.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let flavors meld.
  4. Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy touch if desired.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with extra fruit slices.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits to vary the flavor. Moscato or Riesling can be used for a sweeter sangria.
