This Easy White Sangria is a light and refreshing cocktail perfect for summer gatherings. Made with crisp white wine, fresh citrus, and seasonal fruits, it’s fruity, easy to prepare, and ready in minutes.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed berries or tropical fruit (optional)
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or club soda (optional, for fizz)
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, brandy, and orange liqueur (if using). Stir until mixed.
- Add orange, lemon, lime slices, and optional fruit.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let flavors meld.
- Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy touch if desired.
- Serve over ice and garnish with extra fruit slices.
Notes
Use seasonal fruits to vary the flavor. Moscato or Riesling can be used for a sweeter sangria.
