  • 1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
