These Easy Taco Cups are a fun, bite-sized way to enjoy tacos. Perfect for parties, game day, or family dinners, they combine seasoned beef, cheese, and fresh toppings in crispy tortilla cups.

- 12 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, guacamole
- Cooking spray or a little oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or brush with oil.
- Cut tortillas into smaller circles or squares and press them into muffin tin cups to form little shells.
- Bake tortilla shells for 5–7 minutes until slightly crisp.
- While shells bake, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, stir, and simmer until thickened.
- Spoon beef mixture into each tortilla cup, then top with shredded cheese.
- Bake another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with optional toppings before serving.
Notes
You can make these ahead and refrigerate before baking. Use mini tortillas or cut larger tortillas to size. These cups are versatile—feel free to swap in chicken, beans, or veggies for a vegetarian option.
