This Easy Summer Red Wine Sangria is a refreshing and fruity cocktail perfect for sunny days and summer gatherings. Made with red wine, fresh fruit, and a splash of orange liqueur, it’s ready in minutes and ideal for entertaining.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine (Tempranillo, Merlot, or Garnacha)
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as triple sec or Cointreau)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or club soda (optional, for fizz)
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar or honey. Stir until well mixed.
- Add orange, lemon, lime slices, and mixed berries.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let flavors meld.
- Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy touch if desired.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh fruit slices.
Notes
For extra sweetness, use a fruity red wine or add a splash of orange juice. Adjust the fruit types according to what’s in season.
