- 1 lb fresh salmon, cooked and flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips for garnish
- Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Prepare spicy salmon mixture: In a bowl, combine flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Layer the bake: Spread cooked sushi rice evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with the spicy salmon mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven and garnish with nori strips, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm, scooping portions onto individual plates or over seaweed for a sushi-style experience.
Notes
Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days and reheated gently.
