  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ramen: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a pan over medium heat, add a small drizzle of oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce.
