- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Ramen: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In a pan over medium heat, add a small drizzle of oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce.
- Toss it Together: Add drained noodles to the sauce. Toss until fully coated and heated through, about 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish & Serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
