- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1–2 cups lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, stir together red wine, brandy, orange juice, and sugar (if using) until sugar is dissolved.
- Add the sliced orange, lemon, and diced apple. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add soda or sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
- Serve over ice, garnished with fruit slices.
Notes
You can substitute brandy with rum for a different flavor profile. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar depending on your preference.
