- 12–16 frozen potstickers (any flavor)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup baby spinach or bok choy
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and white pepper, to taste

- Pour in broth, water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste if using. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Add frozen potstickers and mushrooms. Simmer 5–7 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
- Stir in spinach or bok choy and cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.
- Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Feel free to add shredded chicken or shrimp for extra protein. This soup is best enjoyed fresh, as potstickers can soften if stored too long.
