  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • Optional: chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts for garnish

  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until creamy and smooth.
  5. Pour filling over chilled crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts before serving, if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle melted chocolate over the top before serving. Can be made a day ahead for convenience.
