- Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or hot sauce
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Lower heat and stir in cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional Dijon or hot sauce until smooth and creamy.
