- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving

- Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion. Cook 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add cherry tomatoes, oregano, and paprika. Cook 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in olives.
- Top with crumbled feta and fresh herbs.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges.
