Description

  • 1 lb frozen or homemade meatballs
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

  1. Place meatballs in a crockpot or large skillet.
  2. In a bowl, mix grape jelly and barbecue sauce until smooth.
  3. Pour sauce over meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
  4. If using a crockpot, cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or high for 1–2 hours until meatballs are heated through. If using a skillet, simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For a twist, try substituting raspberry jelly for grape jelly or adding a splash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
