- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and rub olive oil over them.
- Coat each chicken breast evenly with the Parmesan mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
- Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for extra golden, crispy topping.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with steamed vegetables, pasta, or a fresh salad. Can also cook chicken on the stovetop in a skillet if preferred.
