  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat chicken breasts dry and rub olive oil over them.
  4. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the Parmesan mixture and place in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic over the top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
  7. Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for extra golden, crispy topping.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables, pasta, or a fresh salad. Can also cook chicken on the stovetop in a skillet if preferred.
