- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: lemon wedges for serving

- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the pan.
- Optional: stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, or roasted vegetables. Add a squeeze of lemon for brightness or red pepper flakes for heat.
