Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or chiffonade
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or balsamic glaze for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Veggies: Slice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Tear or thinly slice the basil.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss together cucumber, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. Dress the Salad: Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
