- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the crockpot.
- Stir in broccoli and shredded cheese.
- Cover and cook an additional 20–30 minutes until broccoli is tender and cheese is melted.
- Stir well and serve hot.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep. For extra creaminess, add a little sour cream or cream cheese before serving.
