  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and toss in the cowboy butter sauce.
  5. Add the linguine and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
