- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and toss in the cowboy butter sauce.
- Add the linguine and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve warm with extra lemon wedges for a zesty kick!
