- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Add cooked linguine and toss to combine evenly with chicken and sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also swap linguine for fettuccine or penne. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 2 days.
