Instructions
- In a serving dish or small baking dish, layer the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
- Sprinkle chopped basil evenly over the top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with crostini, crackers, or sliced baguette.
- Optional: For a warm version, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted.
Notes
You can prepare this dip ahead by layering ingredients in advance and adding the balsamic glaze just before serving. For extra flavor, roast the cherry tomatoes slightly before layering.
