- 1 (20 oz) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Nonstick spray or butter for greasing

- Spread hash browns evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle bacon evenly over the hash browns.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until eggs are set and top is lightly golden.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced onions or bell peppers. This casserole can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning.
