Scale
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries

- Make the Frosting: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Assemble the Pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust in an even layer.
- Create the Flag: Arrange blueberries in the upper-left corner for the stars. Use alternating rows of raspberries and sliced strawberries to form the stripes.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing. Garnish with lemon zest if desired.
Notes
For a shortcut, use whipped topping instead of cream cheese frosting. Make it ahead and add the fruit just before serving to keep everything fresh. This recipe is easy to customize with your favorite fruits!
