  • Author: recipeinspire
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 cocktail 1x

Description

The Drunk Witch is a spooky-fun Halloween cocktail that blends sweet, sour, and boozy flavors into one magical purple drink. It’s eerie, vibrant, and dangerously delicious—perfect for Halloween parties or themed nights in!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 1/2 oz grenadine (optional for a deeper purple hue)
  • Ice cubes
  • Edible glitter or luster dust (optional)
  • Black sugar for rimming (optional)
  • Gummy worms or spooky garnishes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass: Rim a cocktail glass with black sugar for a spooky touch. Set aside.
  2. Mix the drink: In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, blue curaçao, cranberry juice, sweet and sour mix, and grenadine if using. Add a pinch of edible glitter for shimmer.
  3. Shake & strain: Shake well and strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish & serve: Add gummy worms, a plastic spider, or other creepy garnishes for Halloween flair.

Notes

To make a non-alcoholic version, swap vodka and blue curaçao for lemon-lime soda and blueberry juice. You can batch this for parties by scaling up and serving in a punch bowl!
