- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (or candy melts)
- 1 tbsp vegetable shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
- Candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions or your favorite recipe.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely, then cut brownies into rectangles or squares.
- Melt white chocolate chips with shortening until smooth.
- Transfer melted chocolate into a piping bag or zip-top bag, snip the tip, and drizzle over brownies in crisscross patterns to look like mummy bandages.
- Place 2 candy eyeballs on each brownie while the chocolate is still soft.
- Allow chocolate to set, then serve your spooky mummy brownies!
Notes
