- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3โ4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- Optional: sea salt flakes for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare cake batter according to box instructions. Bake in two 8-inch round pans. Cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce until smooth.
