- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Orange gel food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions or your favorite recipe, then pour into the pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Add orange food coloring and mix until vibrant.
- Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter. Use a skewer or knife to swirl into spooky patterns.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
