  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a fork, poke a few holes in each sweet potato to allow steam to escape.
  3. Rub each sweet potato lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt if desired.
