  • 68 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 oz simple syrup or honey syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda or sparkling water to top
  • Cucumber slices and mint sprigs for garnish

  1. Muddle cucumber slices, mint leaves, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add gin, lime juice, and ice cubes. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with club soda or sparkling water and gently stir.
  5. Garnish with cucumber slices and a mint sprig before serving.
